They are seriously taking the Mickey if they think this place resembles anything close to 4 stars as it would be lucky to pass for 3 stars. I have been staying here of and on for 20 years and I honestly don’t believe other than carpet & paint if anything else has been touched for 20 years. The TV is 20 years old the bathroom and toilet is 20 years so is the cupboard and table and chairs etc etc. Cleanliness is disgusting and walls are paper thin. Location is ok however about a 500m walk or more to restaurants and pub as the Northbridge Hotel closes on Sunday and Monday which they don’t tell you when you book. Do your self a favour and pay and extra $20-30 a night and stay at a reputable place.

This was an unexpected visit. We had booked a comedy show at the Brisbane Hotel but couldn't even get inside to get a meal prior to the show so we walked to the Northbridge Hotel. This is an unassuming hotel but surprising good. We ordered food and drinks and all thoroughly enjoyed the food. Drinks were also great with specials offered and at reasonable pricing. There were a reasonable amount of people here but it was a great spot for a chat and something to eat. Will be returning.

Reading mixed reviews we were hesitant but gave Hotel Northbridge a shot for our 2 day stay in perth. Me and my brother booked online, we couldn't both get king deluxe rooms so we got one king and one queen. After arriving at the hotel we were upgraded for free to 2 king rooms so we could be on the same floor. The lady checking us in was so kind to do that without us even asking. Both rooms were very clean and presented nicely, we were both excited to have a spa in our room, and the view from my room overlooking the city was great. My room is above a pub and I've had no issues with too much noise. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning here next time I need a hotel in Perth

Terrible service in one aspect that is vital to my work. Terrible Wifi Grout not recently done. (brown grout). Remains of other people's spa marks left on curtains left in your room which raises questions about whether the room has been sanitises with bleach or a 100% disinfectant at all. Dirty windows. One assistant telling my my devices are to old to obtain Wifi (without having IT knowledge) and telling me I (an therefore all other hotel patrons must do their work in the lobby). Blaming my devices rather than looking into their own Wifi coverage. Outdated since 2011 it looks like. I have to come to the lobby to connect to the internet every time I have to send a work email.

Great location, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious, a little dated but clean. Breakfast was a lovely surprise also. Definitely recommend as close to Northbridge night life pubs and restaurants.
